I took a look in the "DLCNukaWorld - Textures" file (part of the NukaWorld DLC) for any match for the mod's content, and found it replaces the video that plays on top of the Nukatrons you can find in NukaWorld. But only the video, not the audio.

I suspect the audio to replace is in "Sound\Voice\DLCNukaWorld.esm\DLC04RobotNukatron" but there's 35 files in there, so I don't know which one(s) would need replacing.

 

The author isn't following this, but you can try pinging or quoting something to see if the author will see it.

If you want to replace the sound used for the commercial, and it wasn't where I thought it was, but can be found in the DLCNukaWorld - Main.ba2 at "Sound\FX\DLC04\NPC\Nuka_Bottle" and both files there.

 

Uses both files, not sure how it's used in the game.

 

This tool can be used to convert the XWM file to any sound file it can support, as well as convert .wav .mp3 .flac .wma .m4a and .ogg files to xwm, the version that fallout 4 supports.
