If the penis is pitch black, it's missing a texture. Depending on the penis model you use, textures can come as a seperate file and there is generally a good chance for issues like this if you use skin overlays (at first glance, it looks like you do). For some penis models, there are textures available in CAS as a tattoo.

If you're using the WW default penis, it's probably an issue with custom skintones or overlays, as may of them are not WW-compatible.

Without WickedWhims, there will not be any penis in your game, unless you use a specific type of body part called "default replacement". However, you can only have one of these, the setup can be a bit tricky, and there will be conflicts when playing with WW.

That makes things easier, because now you can simply try to run the game with only WW in your Mods folder. Leave the two files for WW (one .ts4script and one .package) and the file "Resource.cfg" where they are, move everything else out of your Mods folder (I usually create a folder on my desktop to park all the stuff there), and delete "localthumbcache.package" (found in "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4"). If you launch the game now, the penis should no longer be pitch black.

Once everything works, you need to find the mod that caused your issue, so that you can update, replace or remove it. For that part of the whole process, I would recommend the 50/50 method because it's fast and someone smarter than me wrote a neat little guide for it: https://www.patreon.com/posts/finding-broken-4-23751034

@sainrocky2658@Crashdown117 I'm having the same issue here. I followed all your steps and nothing changed. I renamed the male bottom file so that it appears on top of the female bottom file on the mod list that shows up when you start up the game. When I did that the male sims were fixed but then female sims had not vaginas in CAS. When the female bottom file is on top of the male one on the mod list, the female sims are fine but then the male sims also get female bottoms in CAS.

The issue is that the game can't load 2 default bottom for the 2 separate sexes. 1 is overriding the other. Don't know if it's a sims issue or WW issue.

You generally can't have two defaults for the same body part (e.g. female vagina) and WW has a full set of defaults built straight into the mod (so every default you install is already a "second one"). Renaming the files won't do anything to fix the issue, though it might change the visible effects (i.e. it can look as if it works properly, but it actually still doesn't).

If you use WW, only use non-default body parts and apply them through the Body Selector.
