I want Tom Peeping to show up, not Tina

Is there a way to get her to stop spawning and bring Tom into the picture. Usually Tom showed up for my females but now it's only Tina.

You could enter the Modify Sim in CAS and change the gender.

 

You need to click crl+shift+C in your keyboard to open the cheat console, then type in testingcheats on, then cas.fulleditmode, shift+click the Sim you want to modify, if you typed in the cheat correctly there will be an option to Modify Sim In CAS.

 

This will take you to CAS and you will have full range of changing whatever you want, Gender, Traits, even fully edit their appearance

Tom shows up when majority of the household is attracted to men, Tina shows up when the opposite is true, so maybe that's the case here too?
