RDO - Relationship Dialog Overhaul

Allows you to manually set every NPC as possible follower and possible marriage canidate through the MCM menu.

(you need to have a target through the skyrim console first though)

I don't know if this however allows you to marry NPCs that are already married to other NPCs, I never tried that.

Are there any mods that lets you "steal" an npcs wife from them?

There is no mechanism to change or remove NPC associations, so while the newlywed (stolen) spouse will behave like the PC's spouse, they'll also still think they're married to the original and will mourn if that NPC dies using husband/wife dialogue.

And that is the only thing that the "married" association does for NPCs.  The NPCs will have no other interaction with each other or the player character to acknowledge what has happened.

Pretty f-ing hollow interactions there.

bbbbbut Skyrim moding abilities are already good enough, everything can be done with CK, people do fantastic things, so I can't see any problem. And Starfield does not need modding overhaul.

This is what you can read on Badshitsta Discord when rising issues about modding. At least b4 you are banned.
