New to mods here looking for advice.

Hiya all im a little new to using mods especially as many as I tried to use after learning about this site lol. Now nothing works (my skeletons are all messed up and characters look like a mess etc.) so im starting over.  Fresh install.  I need advice on what adult mods to get.  I wanna get a full package of them and start fresh with everything installed correctly in the right order etc.  I have all the major stuff like SKSE and the animation one (name escapes me)  I think my favorite body type is CBBE although I am open to suggestions if what Im looking for is more available with different bodies.  I like alot of mods here like private needs and sex addict and more.  The problem is I love CBBE bodies but I cant find a physics mod that works with that body for breast and butt jiggje (butt jiggle is top priority )  A nice clothes pack that shows off the body is nice also, and any other mods you guys can think of as an adult mod necessity,

Also im a noob about this stuff so please give clear instructions lol sorry about that

ps. I keep hearing alot about BBP/TBBP what is it and why do ppl rave about it? and can I use it with cbbe?

Oh hey hi Its always nice to see new faces here . Before I answer please keep in mind a set of "common sense"(as opposed to using the strict word, "rule").

 

1. There's something called a search engine. It will help you a lot especially if you have the keyword of the mod or etc.

2. Don't hesitate to seek help, but be careful where and what you ask.

3. Don't ask questions that you can solve yourself.

 

Animation one, you mean FNIS? Nice, its a good start. Also one advise, Don't remember the long names. Remember the short ones like UNP, which stands as... uh... um... UltraNeon...Penis? Whatever, just say "UNP". See? Pretty easy.

There are many variation on the nexus, here on LL and someplace else. As I separate the bodies into different categories, each different set of bodies share the same texture mapping(e.g using the "barbarian skin" on all the body types that start with UNP or are in the same category.)

 

 

Body Types

Lady Body (small breast size, takes on the realistic aspect of  the human body).

 

UNP/UNPB/UNPC/UNPetite/SevenBase etc. (many variations similar to Lady Body but takes on a different taste. UNP being the 2nd smallest breast size(1st is UNPetite. As the name reckons, the body is a "petite" version of UNP) UNPB being the same as UNP except with bigger breast. And finally UNPC, as it name ends with a "C" standing for "Curvy" the UNPC has a much larger bottom than the UNP, while maintaining the size of the breast. There are probably many other more variations of the UNP body type that's not listed, but wait till I get to CBBE.

 

CBBE/CBBE Bodyslide/Manga Body/SCBE/CHSBHC/ADM. I assume you know the summary of the CBBE body and because of other personal excuses,  I'll make this brief: The variation of the CBBE body is massive because of the bodyslide. You'll say: "But theres so many options! I can't choose which sliders I should use!" Then search for Bodyslide Presets on the web. I'm sure you'll find a few if not, dozens of the pre-packed presets. From then you can create your own body according to your own taste. Good luck.

 

Other bodytypes meh, either its pretty old or not in my range of taste sensing.

 

Outfit

Oh yea and Outfits. There pretty common in the nexus and LL so they should be the hot post. Be sure to stay on patrol as they should come up frequent in the recently updated threads. Or... Just beg for it.

 

Halfway through typing this, I realized that most of the stuff I typed, didn't need to be typed... Whatever.

 

 

 

 

Body Physics

Ok, there are 3 factors you need to know before going on and downloading bodies.

 

1) Skeleton_female.nif/Skeletonbeast_female.nif - (Located in Data/meshes/actors/character/characterassets female) This factor has multiple functions it achieves: The height of your character the body ratio such as head and shoulder and it also can be altered so that when applied with the body femalebody_0/1.nif enhanced features such as bigger breasts and bigger ass. Also each skeleton has its compatible type of bounce categorized in: Vanilla(no bounce/BBP/TBBP. So if you get CTD's when starting a game or during a game, check if the outfit or body you are applying to your character is compatible.

 

2) Femalebody_0.nif/Femalebody_1.nif. You got it! This is the mesh responsible for your character's body shape and with different textures applied to it, different appearances can be smelted. The only case you should have in mind with this is the type of bounce it has and compatibility with textures(e.g femalebody_1.dds) but mostly you should keep in mind with the compatibility. Remember, everytime weird shit happens to your characters body such as nipple slipping that's a texture slipping which also means that your textures is incompatible and is applied to the wrong body type. Luckily this incompatibility doesn't cause a CTD. So it should be immediate for you to recognize the problem -> and solve it.

 

3) Skeleton_female.hkx -This, .... This is the animation file that causes your body to jiggle its boob (and if your body has the capability to jiggle its butt then it will, with the correct hkx). Located in the same location the female skeleton file is present, without this file, there will be no bounce.

Now here comes the in-depth explanation of the the two major and only jiggle simulator BBP and TBBP: BBP just jiggles... rapidly, TBBP however has a more soft bounce. So what's the actual difference? That depends on your comfort level. Does anime-style rapid jiggling boobies suit your taste? Then go for BBP. Or does a more soft and in a way "realistic" bounce suit you? Then go for TBBP, cause TBBP's T stands for "Tender". If you want the ass jiggles then I recommend making your decision for TBBP.

Thanks for the feedback, but im still a little confused.

As for the search engine I looked for a guide for someone new to adult mods, but I kept getting pointed here and I dont see a beginners guide that lists all the popular adult mods and a nice introduction to using them correctly.  Everything is so technical, and they all require like 90 other mods to work and all of thoes 90 mods each require several more mods to work, and eventually I had a complete disaster on my hands.  I was just looking for some basic help.  Also Im still very confused by your section about body physics.  So which one that you listed works with CBBE?  And does anyone have some cool adult mods recommendations that work great together and create a great experience?
