Broke animations

Broke my game trying to overhaul it into dark souls. Attacks won't work, dodges won't work, I broke the stamina mod, and there's probably more I'm not seeing. I know it's gotta have something to do with fnis and nemesis, but can't pinpoint it.

You're probably using Nemesis wrong (warnings/errors, missing patches, old engine, or forgetting to use it entirely). You also need to check the specific requirements for any of the mods involved.

If you're using both FNIS and Nemesis you should double check the procedure to do it properly, otherwise you'll likely break things in the process instead of making both of them to work together.
