In all my playthroughs up to now, I have always blew Kellogg away as soon as possible. But now with the mod Depravity, I can use him as a
companion. Then using the mod Sex Em Up, I got him to have sex with me. (female player)  Then using Family Planning, I got pregnant. Now I

as carrying his child and he has agreed to help raise it. We are now engaged.  Since this is just a game, it works for me.  I don't know if

this is what you call ironic, but whatever.   Now if I could think of a more evil human man, I might go for him on next playthrough.

In Fallout: New Vegas you can romance Benny, the guy who shoots you in the head at the start of the game ("Truth is, the game was rigged from the start").  So there's a little bit of precedent there...
