Looking for a Multiplayer Adult game to play with a friend while Conan is broken for mods from the 3.0 Patch

The upcoming 3.0 Patch for Conan Exiles is packed with exciting new features, but unfortunately, it's going to break all the mods on our favorite servers!

 

I recently helped a new player get started in the game, then she wanted to try something more dangerous, so we started characters in Tempting Fate server.

 

We are looking for alternate games to play while we wait for the modding community to catch up to the monstrously huge 3.0 patch to Conan Exiles.

 

We would really appreciate any suggestions for something more than a 'log in and fuck' game!  We are looking for something that has a framework for adventures and roleplaying as well as erotic roleplaying.

Sadly it's slim pickings. The only thing that comes to mind is Starbound with the sexbound mods. It's 2d sidescrolling, not sure if you'd be into that.
