Searching for Protocol Mod

The mod appears in the pie menu as "Create New Protocol" and allows me to select sims by age, gender, etc, and allow/disallow them to interact in certain ways with any sim outside the protocol group.

 

A few months ago this mod became essential to my use of WW, I cleaned my mods folder and it unfortunately got lost, now for the life of me I cant find it again.

 

Idk if this is appropriate place to post and i apologize if not, but if it sounds familiar do share. Please & Thank you.

Oh is it? I had a feeling i was just completely missing it somehow. Could you please remind me of how exactly to get to it if you don't mind? Idk if maybe its just not showing up in my menus anymore because of a different mod or if i have just completely forgotten the path to get to that option in my few months absence. I'll remove all my other mods now though and go looking for it again.

I don't remember the path, I think it's... somewhere... in settings.  I've only used it once, with a teen who joined a household that already existed.  She was supposed to be the daughter of the family's father, which I was able to simply set in CAS, making her also half-siblings with the other two kids.  But I didn't want her to carry on with her stepmother, which isn't a relationship the game acknowledges.  It was very convenient that protocols had just been introduced like a week before!
