SE edition but the exe says 1.6.353.0

Which version of SKSE and Adress Library should I use? I have the SE edition of the game but the exe properties say 1.6.353.0 which seems to be the Anniversary Edition version...

1.6.353 is any executable version with AE updates. Yes, even if you didn't buy the AE "DLC", your executable version is all that matters. For all intended purposes you have an AE version of Skyrim, pick AE versions of any mod that require so.

Great. If you have any doubts feel free to ask in that thread. I believe it's up to date but some mods tend to make minor changes and that understandably puts off some users.

If you want to use 1.5.97 (SSE) use the ae downgrade patcher https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/57618
