was looking at clips from an old skyrim se pornhub creator called oldfaku who, while making his character fuck someone, on the top left would see how needy/aroused they were, and while fucking would have on the top left something along the lines of calling you a whore/loving people seeing you fuck in public, and would also inform you if you came inside of them/they came inside of you. anybody would know if theres specific mods like that?, seems like something relating to thoughts, but im not sure what to even search for, thanks in advance for anybody reaching out.

Not by default in the top left, but Apropos lets you create messages and place a message overlay box on the screen (usually middle left) with customizable messages for partner type, player top or bottom (IIRC) aggressive or normal, and even by specific animation name.
