Missing master ESP (Cannot locate it via google)

I'm trying to get some mods going on my Fallout 4 & its saying I'm missing "CCOVulgarVillainsCraftable.esp" I've tried looking everywhere. There are mentions of it here and there but never any links to the download. Don't know if the Mod linked to the ESP was deleted or moved but i can't find it anywhere. Any one able to help with this? the ESP required is for 3DNPC brothel clothing

 

Its the only master I can't find for the mods I'm trying to use.

I guess you're trying to use https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/35770. Did you read the description where it mentions and links the required mods? That plugin in particular comes from Classy Chassis Outfits - Vulgar Villains.

Must've over-read it in my frantic attempt to find the ESP, Thank-you very much.
