Pornstar Cock Not Showing For Females

Since I added "inappropriate unlock" the option to give females a penis in CAS mode was changed to "does this sim use the toilet standing up." Now futa sims no longer have a penis in-game, but use strapons. How did I break that, and how do I fix it?

This was actually changed in with WW v169, there's now an interaction to decide about a Sim's genitals directly in-game. Click on your Sim > Wicked > Personalization > Anatomy > Genitals.

However, the "use toilet standing up" setting in CAS still is what initially assigns a newly created Sim to have a penis or a vagina (in the past, it was simply renamed by WW), so you only need to use the "new way" when editing already existing Sims.
