Follower Specific Horses

Hi,

I need some help regarding horses used by followers. I have Convinient Horses, witch allowes followers to use horses. However, with that mod you canot assign a specific horse to a specific follower.

What I need, is a way to make one of my followers ride Shadowmere, while I ride Frost. And of course, keep calling shadowmere with convininet horses. Is there any mod that can do that?
