Dialogue mods - SLEN, SLAP, BaboDialogue? Where do I start?

I've never really tried any of the dialogue based mods due to a lack of voiced dialogue, but thanks to DoubleCheeseburger's xVASynth based voice addons I'm finally about to give them a try. However it's a bit daunting as there seem to be multiple options for this.

 

So far I identified SLEN (SexLab Eager NPCs), SLHHE (SexLab Horrible Harassment Expansion), SLAP and BaboDialogue. What's the general approach here? SLHHE, SLAP and BaboDialogue seem to suggest each other as a recommendation - do they all work together in tandem?

 

And lastly, does using OSL Aroused instead of BakaFactory's SL Aroused Redux have any downsides? Mod description for OSL Aroused says it's designed to be backwards compatible but I'd like to be safe.

BakaFactorys mod do work together and bridge to each other (SLHH/SLAP/BaboDialogue). So if you go there, get all three.

SLEN is its own thing, it has a a dialogue system tied to relationship and persuasion, trainer dialogues, some quests, some consumables. 

 As for OSL aroused VS old systems - honestly, havent tried it yet. Screwing that one up would be... unpleasant, i run a bunch of custom plugins based on SLA factions.

With that said, if its everything it claims to be - guess its inevitable, straight upgrade. Even if you opt for older, but more "tried" SL aroused - go for SLAX version. It has all the same keywords as Bakas version, and alot more functionality on top of it.

 In terms of mods you refered to - BakaFactory seem to have switched to OSL aroused (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/70966?tab=posts). So unless its a one time fluke - that one more on board. Only ussue is - there is plenty of modders that are still on LE. I dont believe there is OSL aroused version for LE So for those mods question will be just how "backwards compatible" OSL aroused actually is. Come to think of it, gonna give it a try. Once i have a day free to fix everyhing that goes wrong if it doesnt  click, anyway)
