High level arousal causes visual effects

Hi there! With a high level of arousal, a visual effect of double vision occurs. When arousal falls, this effect disappears.
What mod is causing this effect, or maybe I have the wrong load order...

Help me please.

I couldn't find where to turn it off, but removing the mod helped.
