Male erect body?

Hey guys, Is there any alternatives to SOS for skyrim anniversary edition? Just looking for a simple male body that once stripped is erect (for sexlab/etc etc), nothing crazy really, just a simple download and activate mod? Not sure how to get SOS working for ae, and figured if there was a a simple other mod out there it would be just fine too

I use this Mod, but I am using SSE, so not entirely sure if it would work on AE, though from what I understand it would:
