I'll second this. Presets are the fifth 'tab' from the left. A lot of the presets are CME format for ECE, so if you use Racemenu you will need to search through them to find the Racemenu ones (the search box is...OK...on the site but not brilliant). Racemenu often translates as "Reme". Nord often comes out as "Node." You'll see "Barsel" and variations of that term a lot - that's Google's mistranslate for Bodyslide. Most of them use the 3BA body.
