Penis doesn't show up in CAS

As in the provided picture, penis doesn't show up in CAS when the bottoms are undressed.

And it stays like this in game after I confirm this look. Why is it like this? What do I need to remove or change?

Go into Wicked Settings > Personalization > Body Selector > (Select Wicked Default Penis Soft & Hard)

 

Unless you have some other broken default Male Penis, Skin, or body part that's preventing the above from working that is.

 

Then in CAS make sure you have 'This Sim uses Toilet Standing' in the main menus selected.

I'm having the same issue and cannot figure out what's causing it. Penis shows up in live mode though. Just not CAS.

I'm having the same problem.

I would guess you have some kind of "nude part" that has load priority over WW. I had this problem when I forgot to remove Sejian's "NudePart Underwear Override" before reinstalling WW. If you download Tray Importer and look at your Sim there, it may tell you what mod is causing this issue – it's meant to show any CC/mods your Sim is being affected by, though I will say at least once I've seen it not list a default replacement so YMMV.

My sims looked exactly like this. 

 

Go into your mods folder and search for "localsimstexturecache.package" and delete it. If it's not that double check your wicked whims setting to make sure you don't have any cc selected over the main ww body parts.
