Issue 1: received this exception error (see attached)
Issue 2: no matter what I do, my sims are wearing underwear. not sure if that's related to the error?

First off you should delete all the [BB] stuff as they are defaults and obsolete/broken now.

 

Next make sure to update your Noir's Penis mod for fixes and delete all the old stuff first.

 

If you have MoreCASColumns mod then update it too.

Also possible you have broken sliders from the last game update so update them also.

 

In game use the WW body Selector and pick Wicked Default bottoms.

Or with Male Bottoms use Noir's.

Make sure you don't have any default underwear installed.
