Out of the box the Baka SOS SMP and the 3ba SMP collisions are not that great for the genitals. I'm not sure where to look for custom XML's people might've made, the author of 3ba states there are plenty out there on their description page on Nexus. Looking for SMP or CBPC, preferably both.
