XML, offset, can you set Y-Angle?

This function in animation-data xmls:

 

offset="0,0,0,0" (X,Z,Y,A) 


That last A, Angle, it yaws the animation left/right. That's neat.
But can you set Pitch?

Up/Down Angles?

or is "0,0,0,0" all you got to work with?

If you need those, looks like best way is to fix animation in 3dsmax or blender

Oh yeah I read that page already.

Was hoping for a simpler method, as learning Blender or 3dsmax is rough on my attention-span. Hell I tried once, but I got lost at which version of 3dsmax to learn.

 

That would solve a lot of my problems though, y'aint wrong.
