Greatly Misaligned Animation

Hey Guys!! Hoping someone can help me here but i got a really misaligned animations when i start sexlab. 

When i initiate sexlab both pc and npc overlap each other standing (normal)

but then they go diagonally standing and when the animation starts the PC(female) is animated correctly (standing) while the NPC(male) is animated standing diagonally.

Sometimes they both animate diagonally.
