Imcompatibility Issues Resulting in CTD

I've never been able to get SL to work. I'll get the splash screen, press any button to continue, and then ctd. I am playing in vr and I also have the SL VR patch. When it crashes vortex says there's incompatibility with the framework. I've tried both the SE and AE version although I'm positive SE is the one I need. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as there are so many limitations to not having the SLF. I've attached my Papyrus log too

A lot of errors in the papyrus, but I don't quite know what any of them mean

SL 163 isn't ready for VR last time I checked. For VR in particular you would get better help and info from the dedicated VR forum section.
