Futa-FEV compatible Add on Mod Idea - Need Help

I'm playing another run through with the Futanari FEV mod.  When I play with this mod, I play with the intention of playing with a futa/trans player.  I use Start me up and start as a vault dweller.  In my head cannon, my player is a trans woman visiting her parents the Callahans in Sanctuary when the bomb fell.  Fortunately they had a spot reserved for her in the vault.  In my head cannon, she's new into transition.  I play with the Fusion Girl Zero Sliders preset, and I set her body to look like she's just starting her transition.  (Screengrabs 1 & 2) In my last playthrough, I role played that she took a massive dose of radiation helping Sully clear out the quarry, and that triggered her transition.  I would manually make adjustments to her body sliders to make her appear more feminine - bigger breats, wider hips, more cake, etc.  

 

On this playthrough, I started thinking.  What if HRT drugs were available in game for the player to find?  So I made some (Screengrabs 3 & 4).  They are incomplete, because they don't actually do anything when consumed.  Yet.  Here's what I was hoping for help with.  I have exactly zero scripting or programing skills.  None.  That's not going to change anytime soon.  But I also know there are some highly skilled programmers and modders in this community.  This HRT mod would be a standalone addon to the Futanari FEV mod.  Not an update of it.  This mod uses none of the assets from the Futanari FEV mod.  It only adds two drugs, Spironolactone and Premarin/Progestrone.  I look at mods like Family Planning, or Sex Attributes, with their cumflation feature.  Essentially, these mods temporarily morph the player's body.  What I'm imagining is that these drugs could be tied to a larger mod.  By taking the mods, a script could permanently or semi-permanently adjust the body sliders to give the player more feminine characteristics.  I'm 95% certain this could be done by someone with the right skillset.  I'm 100% certain that I am not that person.  So I thought I'd throw out the idea and see if anyone was interested in picking up where I've left off.  If someone's interested, I can send them my current .esp and the mesh, texture, and material file I created, or they can just run with it and make their own version.  

 

Oh, and in case you're wondering, I thought the genital mesh from the original Futa mod was too big for my taste, so I created a smaller size of the soft and erect version in nifscope.  That's what is pictured below.
