As I stated in the title, is there a mod or program that makes the save games cleaner and doesn't create a bunch of SKSE autosave files, or some way that your game is saved in a single file and this file itself is saved? overwriting each save.

For the SKSE co-saves, install SSE Engine Fixes. It deletes obsolete SKSE saves on game load. Don't know what's going on with your autosaves though.

thanks, in fact I already have it installed haha, but I see that it has been updated, I am going to update it to see if it is that soon
