Help! fertility cycle and level always 0

hello all, just as the title suggests, my char's fertility cycle and level always 0

I think i screwed something up but not sure what, any help would be appreciated.

Actually my char is already pregnant lol, but the new problem how come my char's body doesnt change?

I have updated the pregnancy mods and SRC to the lastest and still nothing.

I think my char body changes when i switch to BNB body, but Isnt cail3 is the default body for sexout mods?

Furthermore im not too sure about the cloth packs, is the new  150mb Maternity Clothes Full pack rightful mods for this? do i need anything else to support it.
