How I can create a "Get support" topic?

Idk, first time uploading something over here and it is all so confusing... The part where I upload the pictures that appear above, fine, but the part where I put more pictures to explain on the post below?! Confusing. And how do I explain how to best use the mod? Non existent. But I saw some ppl who can manage to post stuff on the post below and even have a get support to better explain things, how do I do that? Is there a tutorial on how to post stuff over here?
