Paper Bag over Head.

Hi Fellow Simmers. I need help please. If my Sim is chatting up another Sim and that Sim pulls a Paperbag over her head, what does that mean and how can I get that Sim to remove the stupid bag again?

Bonjour ? je pense que c'est les plan d'action écologie ceux qui sont voté par les habitant du cartier regarde quels plan d’action on été voté s'il y a "tout le monde porte des sacs sur la tête", il faut le retirer .

Eco Living EP added Neighbor Action Plans (NAP's) and NPC's vote on them once a week for random plans to be added into the Neighborhood.

NPC's wearing Paper Bags is one of them.

You can disable NPC voting in the game settings under ECO menu to prevent them from adding them back later.

You still get the messages about voting but they aren't actually doing anything.

 

At your home Lot Shift + Click on your mailbox and find the Disable NAP's Cheat to turn them off.

Only works in the Neighborhood you live in and your mailbox.

 

If you see NAP's in other Towns/Worlds you'll have to switch to play one of the residents to use their mailbox cheats to disable them.

Then switch back to your own Sim after.
