My load order looks like this. How to further refine and re-categorize it ?

As far as I know, the ModManager arranges the Plugins in order of Installation and / or alphabetical order

On the right panel of MO2 there is an icon that says SORT

The installation has a specific order which is quite different from the order in which they will be loaded into the game

As you have surely noticed, your ModManager, in the right panel, arranges the mods in alphabetical order. This means that the order in which they will be loaded is wrong

It does not move the plugins to the right panel, but, it will arrange them in order of precedence as they are loaded. If, you have a mod as AlternativeStart, you will always find it at the bottom of the order

Manually, as you install mods you should be placing them in a somewhat coherent place. It only matters for mods with file conflicts, not for every mod.

You're using separators, you'll need to expand them to see the actual mods and move them around. If you're using separators you should know where to place your mods and why you made these separators in particular, right?

As Just Don't said, you'll need to manually look for the overwrite icon (Yellow Lightening bolt with green/red +/-).  You'll need to check the mods with that to see what overwrites are happening.

Most mod pages with serious conflicts will have their specific load order listed on the mod download page.  It should say "load after A" or "place higher that mod B", or something.  Obviously not every mod author can know how their mod conflicts with every mod ever made, some of it is using educated guesses, asking for specific help on a mod page, or trial and error.

Sorry if that sounds too simple, I don't know your level of expertise with this stuff.
