Looking for a mod that allows you to engage in sex (Both consensual and non-consensual) like flirting etc.

Like I said I'm just looking for a basic mod that allows you to engage sexual acts with other NPC's without having to use spells or any of that junk.

I have found, installed, used and eventually uninstalled all of the dialog sex mods (for SexLab) I could find- at least 6 or 8 of them. Without exception, the few that feature actual working dialogs  come with a crap-ton of unwanted baggage well beyond simple, consensual, dialog sex. The best I have found so far is SLEN, which is relatively bug-free and works as advertised for (some positions of) plain one-on-one hookups, but frequently fails to deliver the chosen flavor of sex ("I want you to make love to me" but a Blow Job ensues) and lacks the ability to initiate threesomes or trains or orgies even though those are mentioned in the MCM and should be (but aren't) enablable. It also enforces arousal thresholds even though you set them to zero, and other (unknown to me) criteria before allowing sex to occur, and the failure notice is demeaning "I guess we all have our needy moments") so it's hit and miss, but again, the best I've found so far.

 

And as far as the Holy Grail of dialog sex mods, an actual flirting mod, is concerned, it's over there behind the Unicorn displays- it simply does not exist.
