No other mods will work

For some reason no matter where in the mods folder I put the downloaded mods, all from the wicked whims page, it never shows up in the game. I'm not sure what it is that I'm doing wrong. Does anyone else experience this or know how to get the mods to work in game?

First thing to be sure of, do you have mods and scripts enabled in game options?

It may also be that you are using subfolders in mods folder but have no resource file to tell the game where.

In this case use this small hack to your Resource file in Mods.

Place this file AS IS, in the top level of Mods Folder.

Obviously they need to be extracted first as zip(compressed) files don't work but you likely know this already.

I've definitely unzipped them and them placed them in different levels of the mods folder, either top level with wicked or inside the wicked folder nothing has worked. I'll try the resource file and hopefully that'll work. I used to not have any problems with the files but idk what I've done different this time around.
