Disappearing door activators, only in tamriel worldspace and interior cells linked to them

Posting here hoping to get some hints at a cause, there's not much info I have to go on.

 

Pretty much randomly some door activators will just disappear but only if they're in the main tamriel worldspace or doors leading from an interior cell to the tamriel worldspace (almost always only on game load in that cell), it never happens to doors in towns or doors leading to another interior cell. NPCs can still use the doors and I can coc into that linked cell and leave through that door but the activator on the other side will still be gone. I have mods I thought could cause it like immersive interactions and before that I used a mod just called "Animations" and simply knock but I've removed them in the past and the issue doesn't go away and I've checked those mod pages checking for people experiencing the same issue and nothing seems to match up.

 

I've already done a process of elimination on a few chunks of mods but I have way too many to sift through them all and I've checked anything I thought could remotely be the culprit, so if anyone has had something similar happen and managed to fix it/remove the problem mod or has seen this issue come up anywhere and can link me to it that'd be awesome.

Never figured out a cause but after a completely clean wipe and reinstall of skyrim se and mods the issue is gone. My best guess is just "old mods".
