How can I have only the skin on the first photo for all female sims and not having the skin in the second ?

It seems like the game put randomly skins on female but I would like to have only the first on all my females skin and completely delete the second skin

Two types of Skins are made, some are default and some are non-default.

Non-defaults have to be applied in CAS to each sim one at a time and defaults are applied to all sims in game.

These are usually called Overlays but there may be exceptions.

Overlays can be applied over the top of defaults in CAS if you want something different for your Sim.

 

Only one default can be installed at a time.

 

Split the first sim out of the household temporarily into other household separate.

The edit in CAS and Save them to the Library/Gallery, and this is what the following utility uses.

Download Sims 4 Tray Importer and run it on your desktop and you want to import that sim.

No thumbnails will show up but only the sims name and it should be on the top.

Select her and wait for a bit to load.

Now you can 'export with cc' and it will show a list of all the cc and skins she uses.

Find out which skin she has and write it down.

 

Now you have to find a default version online if what she has isn't a default.

Keep in mind most of the default skins were broken with the last game patch so look for new or updated skins only.
