Ark of Truth Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 I have some kind of funny shading issue and when I move the camera the colors seem to go all weird and runny. If it helps I am using RealVision ENB. Everything is working fine except this one issue. azmodan22 Posted July 18, 2013 Posted July 18, 2013 I have some shading issues my self and I have narrowed the fact that enbs and crossfire do not combine very well. For me, the nightchanges form dark to darker to lighter a lot as I turn the camera even if my character is not walking. I dont know if your grafics card uses crossfire. With corssfire and not ENB everything seemed to work fine With crossfire, open the Catalyst controll center, and in the gaming section, create a new profile for TESV.exe. At the bottom at the "Crossfire X Mode" select "Use AMD pre-defined profile, and from the list choose Assassins Creed Brotherhood.
Ark of Truth Posted July 18, 2013 Author Posted July 18, 2013 Nope, I don't have Crossfire enabled as I only have GPU.
azmodan22 Posted July 18, 2013 Posted July 18, 2013 Does the problem exist if you remove the enb and run Skyrim with the "vanilla" lighting? It might be the case that you will just need to update grafix card drivers.
Ark of Truth Posted July 18, 2013 Author Posted July 18, 2013 Completely reinstalled and it seems to be happening on Vanilla as well though not as bad.
FastestDogInTheDistrict Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 I could be wrong - but it looks kinda like two issues are occurring, or maybe a single issue bugging multiple elements. Those fist three pics (especially the first and third) look like something is bugging the tintmasks. The next two look like something's going weird with the ECE head morphs (or similar-style mod - Ningheim, I guess) - that head is REALLY odd-looking in the fourth & fifth pics. Out of curiousity, does it happen on all races? Does the problem exist if you remove the enb and run Skyrim with the "vanilla" lighting? It might be the case that you will just need to update grafix card drivers. If you're an AMD user, it might be an idea to steer clear of 13.4 for now. I tried it, and immediately had to roll back to 13.1 as my display threw a fit (card: ASUS HD7850 2GB) - 13.1 should be fine if you don't have it already.
azmodan22 Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 13,4 and 13.6 beta indroduced only problems for me. I have rolled back to 13.1 a few days ago and everything works like a charm

Ark of Truth Posted July 19, 2013 Author Posted July 19, 2013 Well if I am reading this right mine says Catalyst Version: 13.4
FastestDogInTheDistrict Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 Well if I am reading this right mine says Catalyst Version: 13.4 CCC.jpg Yep - that's 13.4! You can try rolling back to 13.1 to see if that solves your issues: http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles/Pages/GPU57RemoveOldGraphicsDrivers.aspx#Win7 *It's basically an uninstall/reinstall of Catalyst. Make sure you get the 13.1 version - install it, then check your game again.
Ark of Truth Posted July 19, 2013 Author Posted July 19, 2013 Still getting the issue, guess I'm just going to have to put up with it.
D_ManXX2 Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 From your fist post it looks like face texture issue combined with shadow issue. the second post seem to be shadow issue. What setting do you have shadow set ?? is it ultra ?? if so try switching it to high.
Ark of Truth Posted July 19, 2013 Author Posted July 19, 2013 It happens regradless of the setting I have it to.
Ark of Truth Posted July 19, 2013 Author Posted July 19, 2013 I copied my ENB back into my game and the issue seems to be cleared, even if it does show it's hardly noticeable. Normally when I started Skyrim I get a message in the top left displaying ENB series information, then I stopped getting it and now it back again.
