Possible MCCC question

So I don't know where to post about MCCC stuff so asking here in case someone sees it and knows.

 

Is MCCC the reason my sims, even with the MCCC flags "freeze appearance" and "freeze physique" applied, chance appearance and physique when they age up (teen -> YA and YA -> adult)?

 

And it is the reason why, say, a sim that's male with a female frame with those same flags constant shifts back to a value of 0 for all parts?

 

If so, how can I adjust MCCC to stop changing things, and if not, what is?  If it's the base game, I guess that's just something to deal with, unless there's a different mod to stop it (though I kind of thought that's what MCCC's flags were for).

 

Just curious if anyone knows.

I may be wrong but I think MCCC only prevents the Sims current appearance and physique from changing.

Changes when Sims age up are done by EA and I don't know if MCCC flags are supposed to prevent that or not.

Maybe someone with more experience can answer.

 

I gave up trying to figure out all those MCCC settings and the Fit Fat Limits.

Way too much time involved.

 

I wanted my Sims I created to stop gaining weight or muscles over time.

I use another Mod called 'No Fatness No Muscles'.

Sims stay pretty close to the same when they age up.
