BloodyDiscount Posted June 26, 2022 Posted June 26, 2022 So I recently installed the Thorn Princess Outfit and I had noticed this strange issue regarding the boots. When I am zoomed into the outfit/boots the mesh looks fine without any problems or clipping. However, as my camera zooms out and gets farther away from the outfit more and more of the mesh seems to have this strange clipping issue. Has anyone encountered this issue before and is able to help me fix it? Screenshots below:

The lack of mipmaps in the texture would fade out the entire texture and not the faces of some polygons. The reason for this clipping at distance is often that the bone weights of the mesh (boots) are lower than the mesh underneath. 3 ways to fix: 1: In this case, the simplest solution - cut off the non-visible parts of the body. Zap slider in Outfit Studio. 2: In Outfit Studio - scale the corresponding bone in the Bone Tab and correct the bone weights (in scale mode) if necessary. 3: Increase the distance of the Bott mesh from the Body mesh in Outfit Studio with the Increase brush.

I'll try it out
