Please help me Whenever I Open CAS any my male Sim when they get Naked The Penis does not show up but in the Game it looks Fine and the Penis is there I Don't Know which Mod is causing this Problem its a Weird Skin Bug Only In CAS can anyone help me thank you

Might help to find out if it's the game update, werewolf related, or game wide. 1

It's definitely not a mod issue, it's something in the game itself only since werewolves pack and the pre-patch. It also affected the chest/breast/thoracic region. All other sliders work fine. The genitalia thing .... in game it's perfectly fine, the sim is all female/male. It's only in CAS, Change Sim and Plan outfit this pops up. I've reported it over at the official sims forums. More than likely, it's something do with scripting or coding. 1

Is it a Game Update Bug or Glitch Issue.?

Still the only way to test properly is removing all Mods/CC except WW + Animations, (MCCC is the only exception that can still be used). That includes removing Wolf CC & Penis Mods. Then delete your localthumbcache and test again. I'd also start a new save game with a non-occult player sim first. If that works OK then try playing a Wolf Occult. Edited June 29, 2022 by Scorpio 1
