SE CK render window flickering and black,, then can not load cell (solved)

I got new PC then I could transfer all skyrim data , so I can  play skyrim SE as same as before with many mods.  (though I needed to re-install direct X files)

But SE CK render window now keep flickering and can not load any cell .. (or I can not see anything,,)?

 

I update recent NVIDA Driver,, and can play game without problem.. so CK only show this problem about render window..

 

Does someone know same CK  issue?     I transfer CK ini setting file,  it not work.  next I  temporally  hide ENB files,, form skyrim SE directory,

but it not work...

OK the annoying flickering and black render window only remain, untill I load cell.. (though there seems no way to hide render window in CK ,

Then I just set render window temporally ,  but after I load cell,, CK render window work correctly...   I do not know if my new video card and driver  cause issue or not,, but at least I can load cell  and move around in render window, so it not severe problem for me..
