how can I set up animations myself: the location of the hands, genitals, etc?

 

most likely this is done in some kind of Creation Kit, but I would like to do it in the game itself. Is it possible?

This is not specified in the CK but in the HKX of the animation. If you can't edit or create animations in Blender or 3Ds - then you have to live with the animation as is.

can just move the character around a bit during the animation? my character in some animations began to rapolog a little higher than necessary
