help! i have visual issues

Hello everyone. 
i did the sims update 4 werewolves but now i find myself with the icons of 
the control tools gone (see attached photo) and i don't understand why. 
I have tried everything, even reinstalling everything but I think it may be 
due to some mod that I have to delete. can you help me?

You probably need to update the UICheats Extension Mod.
