Can't remove underwear

Since updating my wicked whims I've had a problem with my sims simply not getting naked. Female sims will take off their bra, but never their underwear, same with male sims. When having sex they simply have sex but with their underwear on. I've tried changing basically all my settings but nothing works. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Try clicking on your Sims with issues and select Wicked > Personalization > Body Selector

 

Then select the Wicked Default Bottoms.

 

Make sure you don't have the Wicked Default Underwear file installed, or any other default underwear CC.
