Greetings

I'm looking for he's Sailor Mars armor set he made few years ago, can anyone please upload the file or tell me which file in the OP's post it contains?

It appears the original file in JackGa's thread and blogspot was taken down due being "erotic content" or whatnot...

A lot of files actually are contained in posts and not OP so search the thread first usually helps.

I doubt it was taken down for having "adult" content. Most likely she took it down because she wasn't satisfied with it. To be honest the Sailor V&M outfits really weren't very good especially compare to her later stuff.

Anyway.

I've taken it upon myself to update as much of jackgas stuff for special edition. This is a painstaking process as not all the meshes upgrade properly and many overwrite each other. So I am using the ck to upgrade as well as separating his folders so they don't conflict. So hypothetically if there is an hdt nif in one then it won't crash your game.

So far I got many of the followers working but some of the outfits are messed up.

Jackgas latest pub is a different story.

I have begun loading the outfits of v5 into a mod with a ghost salesman where the pub used to be.

This is going well but it is a very time consuming process. I intend to upload them to this thread when it is some semblance of being done.

I am mulling over whether I should skip the character outfits from the followers (that often don't have world models- I was thinking of using a diamond icon) and do that seperatly or include them and take a lot longer time.

Is anyone still interested in his anime based stuff?

Also does anyone know if there is an issue assigning female armor nifs to the male version for yuks. Some of the stuff will fit but the torso parts look like gender reassignment surgery gone horribly wrong. But it is amusing.

Assigning female meshes for males it does work and does not create any problems apart from the odd looking chests it creates, normally when I am redoing other peoples armour mods I will assign vanilla male meshes from the appropriate armour, so if there armour is the same stats as glass, assign the male meshes from vanilla glass armour, I have a cheat sheet text file that lists them all so when doing things like that it is copy from text file and paste into the correct locations in the armour add on.

There again I do not play male characters so what they look like on male npc's pretty much does not bother me and I only assign those meshes due to using mods that distribute player made armour and weapons to npc's, so that there are not male npc's running around with arms and legs showing and no bodies, other wise I would not even bother doing that.

As for the conversions to sse there will be people happy to see them without doubt, your main potential problem is permission, do you have permission to do this and post them, or does his steam workshop page for each mod permit it, if not then you could well find the admins here will delete the post you made with those links or at least delete them until you do have said permissions.

Jackga has open permissions on all of his mod pages to use upload whatever. I have yet to see a page of his that doesn't have such open permissions. You just have to credit him which, this entire thread is a discussion specifically about him and his mods.

As a matter of fact the vast majority of the mods I am updating were actually downloaded from this topic.

I'm updating them for my own use but because of the interest here I thought I would share them with anyone else who wanted them. I also would send the files to the jackga but when he does respond it's cryptic and unclear and finding a way to send them to him would probably be a more monumental task than an sse conversion or workaround.

No worries there are not many of his mods that I every really bothered with, so his permissions were never something I bothered about. And even though I tend to do a lot of edits mostly to esp and the values inside then, I tend not to post them anywhere else, there are a few here in various posts, the last one I did was to add crafting and tempering recepies to the luxury collection, well the uunp version anyway and that is somewhere on the uunp luxury collection post and on my dumping ground blog here.

And better to get the permissions sorted out now, either from the original posters stuff or with email than post all your hard work and have some arse report it, and get the stuff taken down, and then be trying to get the permissions. :-/
