You need to install Sims 4 Community Library for DD to work.

Sorry, all I can tell you is to remove DD and S4CL and use Wicked Whims instead because we don't provide support for DD around here.

 

If you use Wicked Whims at least we might be able to provide more help with errors anyway.

DD is fine reinstall it you messed up somewhere i have used it for ages, i get more trouble from WW than DD

so update now its a sim animation rig problem and ive deleted and reinstalled all my mods and its still not working.

Try with only Wicked Whims + Animations installed and test again.

Delete the localthumbcache.pkg again also.
