No problem I am running Fallout 3 with Sexout but I think there NV version of Pinup Poses, and that works no problem with sexout and provides similiar if not better poses.

Check the second post in the beginner's tutorial thread to find out how to make pose mods compatible with sexout. If you don't do that the pose mod will be incompatible most likely.

I'm having a similar problem myself.  The main change taking place is that it worked fine yesterday, but today when I loaded up they are just standing there.
