Loading screen and teleportating before animations play?

I don't know what I've done wrong, but I've obviously fucked something up since I keep getting a loading screen before any sex animations play and then find myself either in bleakwind basin rising into the sky to bang with whatever NPC(s) (if initiated in a city; when over the NPC(s) fall to their death if they're not essential) or suddenly teleported to some coastal area to the left and in sight of solitude (initiated not in a city).

 

This issue only appeared AFTER I added mods today.

 

I am running skyrim AE and use Vortex for mod management. (Heinous, I know but I'm used to vortex)

I don't know what I've fucked up. I followed the installation instructions I could find. I made sure to run fnis after adding everything. As best I can tell everything should be in proper load order and I didn't do anything other than enable a bunch of animations after letting things finish loading into the MCM menu....

 

Any help is appreciated.
