megray1 Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 I am trying to start a brothel on my home lot. It is currently up and I have one NPC employee working. I have three sims in the household that do not own the brothel I want to work as "whores". Everytime my brothel owner asks them, they refuse. Any tips or cheats on how I can get them to accept working in the brothel? Thanks!!

Any tips or cheats on how I can get them to accept working in the brothel? Thanks!! Turn on Always Accept in the Kinky World Debug. (you can turn it back 'off' after they accept employment) Be sure to assign EACH ONE a location and hours. IF you don't want to cheat you'll need to: Be friends, groom them through 'Talk about whoring', and/or get them addicted to drugs - as per the original intent by OnikiKay. Traits will have a big influence on the values accrued through said actions (Good luck with Woohooless) Sorry if you posted for help in the Kinky World post - I avoid that now as too many kids don't read shit and keep asking the same questions. Funny you asked this recently as I just spent all of yesterday with Brothel issues in a custom world's custom lot. There are several unfurnished/unFINISHED homes which I chose one and had a hell of a time getting the game/mod to recognize it. After purchase and having it running I decided to move there, sell my current (main home) to buy a houseboat for the owner (the rest of the household are KW Bots) and I couldn't sell the main home! I finally had to completely move out (to clipboard) which gave me the option to move (into another home) afterwards which the process worked correctly. My guess: CLOSE the BROTHEL before trying to move. Edited June 10, 2022 by landess
0bl1v10ngam3r Posted November 21, 2024 Posted November 21, 2024 Hah! Lucky for me that I noticed this topic before I asked about the same thing, as I've been marinating about building a KW brothel for my sims to manage. I always turn on the 'Always Accept' option. I'm guessing that when the box comes up to select whores, it is intended for any available brothels in the neighbourhood?

After your brothel manager hires a whore, you have to use the phone to manage your brothel, then you can assign the worker to an existing brothel (that you manage). After assigning them a place to work, you can assign them a schedule. The whore can only work at one brothel at a time, and will not automatically start working until you assign them a schedule. Flow of events required to have a brothel with customers showing up and workers showing up: create brothel business -- this just is like declaring you want to have a business assign a lot as a brothel set opening and closing hours for the lot assign a worker to the lot assign a schedule to the worker You can also use the app to change the pay for each employee of the business. Your workers get paid every day, regardless of how long they have worked that day. The app maintains a bank account for the business. You can transfer money out of the business into your household funds, and can transfer money into the business. You have set daily fees that get charged to your business account if you have a lot assigned as a brothel. Your workers are paid every day from your business account every day, whether they worked or not. If your account doesn't have enough money to pay all the salaries and fees, your workers will go unpaid, and you will start to owe back fees. Your workers can quit if you don't catch up with their pay quickly.
