lizardenjoyer Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 i'm not entirely sure why this is happening, but it looks like my male skin texture is somehow being replaced with the default vanilla textures. the problem is that it's not overwritten by anything, and there are no other mods i have that affect skin texture. i'm using tempered skins and the problem has been there on both the SOS body and after i switched to HIMBO. it seems to be changing the texture of the hands, feet, and face but not the actual body mesh itself. Â i honestly don't even know if posting my load order would help because like i said, it's not overwritten by anything and i have no other mods affecting skin other than tintmasks. any ideas on why this might be happening?
anjenthedog Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 possibly you didn't build your himbo body in Bodyslide. Other than that, idk. Although I tried it when it was first released, I don't use himbo.

Although I tried it when it was first released, I don't use himbo. i'll try that, but it's been affecting all kinds of bodies. idk i only switched to himbo to see if the problem was with SOS. i also tried switching from tempered to skysight but the same issue is happening. i think i'll try checking the vanilla body next jic
lizardenjoyer Posted June 9, 2022 Author Posted June 9, 2022 alright well i went through and reinstalled literally everything and it seems the issue has resolved itself somehow. the only thing i haven't checked yet is better claws and gauntlets but i can't imagine how that would change the skin texture? i still have no idea how this happened but i guess i'll never find out
