Is there any clothing or accessory for a patch that covers the vagina only while leaving the pubic hair and butt exposed?

The 'only' thing I know of is a clothing item by Nonsequitur.

 

 

It has a specific name and is just a frontal covering with a single 'strap' that goes between the legs and covers the ass crack. Because of the design it would need to have some plastic or metal support sewn into it (like an underwire bra) which could be stretched 'open' to fit and released to hold position (IRL).

 

I just went though the selections on his profile page but didn't find it, so if you feel inclined - it's probably buried in the actual download section from a year ago or better. There were several different Bikini/Monokini mods being uploaded around the same time.

 

Depending on the amount of 'bush' the character is sporting - this would allow some to show around the edges and you could just re-texture it to match as best you can. I have it in an archive somewhere, but it's best if you use the original downloads when available.
