how can I fix both legs when posing?

Like I said on the title, my character's thighs are stuck together when posing, is there a way to fix it or is it the pose's fault?

i assume it's the pose's fault, that or they forgot to turn off/disable footik when they made the fnis.txt file for it.

You can try the foot IK off spell. But, I guess that's just the pose. If the feet aren't together than it is ok and was just made with thinner thighs in mind.
